.......David Caruso stars as Jimmy Kilmartin an ex-con trying to go straight.
He is pulled back in by his cousin who begs Jimmy to help him or Little Junior Brown will kill him!!
So Jimmy gets Rose to babysit Karina and he heads of to drive an 18-wheeler full of stoeln cars to the docks!!
He meets the boss Little Junior Brown!!
Jimmy made one mistake by taking the drunken driver along with him!!
When the cops arrive and the Detective is shot Jimmy goes to jail for all of it.
Cousin Ronnie gives Jimmy's wife a job but with alterer motives!!
A recovering alcoholic Ronnie gets her drunk!!
When Jimmy's wife is killed as a result of the cousins actions he goes to the Feds!!
Jimmy is allowed a visit with his daughter after turning in 2 of the three men involved.
But first he must face the rath of the officer who was shot!!
He blames Jimmy for a permenent eye injury!!
After a punch in the face Jimmy stands tall and asks "Can I see my daughter now"!!
An emotional visit has Jimmy begging his mother-in-law not to take his child from him!!
Jimmy knew by ratting on his cousin Ronnie to his lawyer Little Junior would take care of him!!
And wow does he!!
Little Junior shows up at his work!!
After dropping Omar(undercover federal agent) at the garage to watch them chop a Rolls Royce Junior goes to the office!!
He calls Ronnie in a procedes to beat him to death!!
Wrapping the body in a garbage bag and loading him in his truck he quietly goes home!!
Jimmy gets another visit from the Feds!!
This time they want Jimmy to help them get Little Junior who is now in charge since his fathers death!!
Jimmy at first refuses but is coersed into it!!
Jimmy marries his best friend Rose but he is caught up in work for the police!!
When the Federal Agent Omar is killed by Little Junior and Jimmy is a witness he and his family must go into hiding!!
Then he learns the DA is viaing for a judge ship and releases Junior!!
Junior goes on a hunt for Jimmy and despite their best efforts he finds him!!
They missplace Karina long enough to send a clear message!!
Little Junior's puts the word BAD on her forehead!
He told Jimmy is stood for Balls - Attitude - Direction!
Jimmy decides to take matters into his own hands and go after Junior himself!!
With the help of his friend the cop he gets a tape of the DC trying to explain his actions to Jimmy!!
Jimmy goes to Junio's club and confronts him!
They fight but in the end the cop arrives and Little Junior realizes he has been set up!!!
Jimmy turns everything over to the DA and leaves town to start a new life with his family!!
